Officer - Product Development Center (For Gazipur Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to receive measurement sheet and check the accuracy, customer feedback and special instructions;
- Assist to receive basic pattern from pattern section, pattern grading and review with approved sample;
- Assist to evaluate size set comments, make necessary amendments and prepare color wise pattern;
- Follow-up & attend to any pattern related technical issue solution during size set and bulk time;
- Follow up all production marker for smoothly production execution;
- Grading paper pattern support for cutting printing embroidery and sewing department;
- Assist to prepare daily work plan & provide implementation report.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Assyst Bulmer, Costing, Pattern correction, Pattern grading, Winda - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
