Officer - Product Development Center
Job Responsibilities
- Followup & receive the finalize specification from Garment Technologist through mail.
- Assist to review the tech pack with Garment Technologist and other relevant members and understand the requirements.
- Assist to final specification, check the fabric shrinkage percentage based on shrinkage incorporate to the pattern.
- Assist to prepare the pattern with appropriate shrinkage percentage.
- Make sure appropriate block availability and right block is used for development.
- Printout the pattern by plotter machine & check the physical pattern measurement (Carefully check embellishment position if required).
- Handover the pattern to PDC cutting with file (Development pattern).
- Define approved design/print, matching, stripe alignment, mirroring/parring and provide instruction to cutter together with Garment Technologist.
- Go through the feedback provide by production/Technical for improvement.
- Proper evaluation of customer comments and make pattern amendment requested by customer.
- Prepare embellishment/print position, stripe layout template as per the requirement.
- Prepare the costing pattern based on block pattern & send by mail to CAD to proceed the costing pattern.
- Maintain all blocks pattern in library.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)

AutoCAD, Cad Pattern Master, Knit Pattern, Operating Gerber Software, Optitex, Pattern making, Winda - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
