Senior Executive - Laboratory (Garments Accessories)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Iso 17025 accreditation process to help laboratory manager;
- Responsible for lab machine calibration process;
- Responsible for carton, paper testing assessment like ECT, bursting of paper, compression testing, Cobb testing, box drop testing;
- Assist in preparing of following test conducted as ISO, TAPPI, ISTA, AATCC, ASTM D and M&S, PVH, Puma, C&A, Next, J-crew, Target Australia approved method;
- Follow the instruction on testing to ensure good laboratory practice;
- Maintain high quality standards in testing;
- Monitoring all data keeping properly during test and maintain register;
- Monitoring test according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and buyer requirements;
- Perform exceptional physical and chemical tests as per TRF on raw materials, in process samples or finished products;
- Ensure thar standard operating procedures and safety regulations are followed;
- Generate and deliver report to concern department through mail;
- Responsible for general cleanliness of the lab;
