Admin Officer
Responsible For
To provide & coordinate effective and efficient administrative support to Friendship, as per Organizational Policies and procedures.
Key Areas
General Administration.
Coordination with local GoB and other stakeholders.
Vehicle Management.
Fixed Asset Management.
Security Management.
Coordination between project and project offices.
Documentation, Maintain Records/Register, File Management.
Various office management tasks.
Activities
Provide Day-to-day general administrative support.
Maintain liaison with local GoB & other stakeholders.
Maintaining regular vehicle scheduling, repair & maintenance and other activities.
Fixed asset verification physically & documentation.
Monitoring security guards’ duties and preparing roster schedules.
Maintaining liaison with the Project and Project office & providing support accordingly.
Ensure and keep all records i.e. purchased, received & distribution documents, correspondences, reports, etc.
Department file management in an office order.
Files/Records must be tidy and organized for others to understand.
To carry out any other function/administrative tasks as delegated by the Supervisor or Management.
