Trainer (Football)
Job Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Rohingya community and host community children and adolescents
- Raising awareness within the community for engaging the children and adolescents who are interested in different sports e.g. football, volleyball, badminton, sepak takraw etc,
- Conducting research and analyzing the plans for selected players e.g. developing strategy and tactics for the players under KLABU funded project
- Mentally prepared for taking all responsibilities related to project “Mobile Sports Library” and “Sports Club Centers”
- Identify the individual player's abilities, strengths, and weaknesses and develop the plan.
- Properly prepare the field for football sports and other sports fields with the support of Assistant Trainers.
- Prepare the guideline for the players and create an environment for ensuring familiarity.
- Organize team-building sessions and activities regularly.
- Fostering good sportsmanship among the players, resolving disputes, and addressing bad behavior in a timely manner.
- Identify exceptional players and provide special coaching who might scout scholarships and to play in professional leagues.
- Ensuring all sports equipment is available and in working order.
- Encouraging players to engage in other recreational sports and to live a healthy life with a balanced diet.
- Manage resources and actively involved in sports events.
- Regularly maintaining liaison with local schools and Camp authorities
- Comply with sporting codes, particularly regulations around drugs in sport.
- Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing coaching, encouragement and constructive feedback.
- Ensure the safety and security of Project and office equipment/material and documents
- Follow the organizational Code of Ethics
- Maintain good coordination/ collaboration with other partners and other stakeholders
- Any other responsibilities as requested by the supervisor
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 45 years
- Special training/ Expertise on playing football with the national or International level.
- At least 2 year(s) in field
- Male is preferable
- Experience on coaching Football in national or international level will be given preference.
- Good level of communication Skill
