Human Resources Officer

Offshore Role- Release Manager This role is responsible for complete release management cycle. He/she will define release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment. Work with developers to properly resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria. He will be responsible for setting up, and maintaining all Salesforce.com sandboxes, including creating and synchronizing sandbox metadata and appropriate data sets. Responsibilities: - Define and manage change control process for development and release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment - Accounting for any dependencies and risks along the way identify issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure they are not repeated. - Provides a Go/No-go for the release deployment - Provides schedule for deployment based on other lined up releases

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years
• At least 2 years of experience in HR preferably in development and humanitarian context
• Any HR-related training and/or certification will be considered an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and different applicable laws laid out by the Bangladesh Govt.
• Shows understanding and sensitivity regarding Safeguarding Policies i.e., Child protection, PSEA & Gender, etc.
• Very good command of MS Office and Bangla typing skills is mandatory.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills, in both Bangla & English
• Basic understanding of general HR management, knowledge of office management, documentation, and filing
• And a Fair understanding of the recruitment process and procedures
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to prioritize, strong organizational skills
• Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
• The real motivation for working in the humanitarian sector
• Computer skills: excel, word, PowerPoint
• Communication skills: Excellent communications skills both in Bangla and English
• Knowledge of HR Software
