Educational Requirements

Additional Requirements

Age at least 18 years

At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a development and humanitarian context. Any HR-related training and/or certification will be considered an added advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and different applicable laws laid out by the Bangladesh government. Shows understanding and sensitivity regarding Safeguarding policies, i.e., Child protection, PSEA gender, etc. A very good command of MS Office and Bangla typing skills is mandatory. Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Bangla and English. A basic understanding of general HR management, knowledge of office management, documentation, and filing, and a fair understanding of the recruitment process and procedures. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Ability to prioritize, strong organizational skills. Autonomy and the ability to work as part of a team. The real motivation for working in the humanitarian sector. Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Communication skills: excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English. Knowledge of HR software.
