Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic programmatic advice and steering of the project following the project proposal, intervention logic and approaches and logframe;
• Ensure thematically and technically sound implementation of the different intervention lines of the project.
• Support the Team leader (based at OKUP) on efficient and effective planning, implementation, monitoring of project activities, quality reporting, analysis, and knowledge management;
• Building up good relations with implementing partners and stakeholders of the project;
• Facilitate knowledge sharing for learning in the project with the relevant stakeholders;

Educational Requirements

• At least Master's degree in social science or relevant discipline;

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience of implementing projects on skills and enterprise development for migrant workers at international/national levels;
• At least 3 years of experience of implementing migration projects especially provision of economic reintegration services at international/ national levels; and
• At least 3 years of experience in working with local government and district administration in the field of labour migration.
