Construction Engineer (Consultant)
Job Responsibilities
- Scope of work:
- The consulting firm will ensure below task (but not limited to):
- Post measurement of PHCC construction as per BOQ/ design and final bill submitted by contractor.
- Assess the quality of work and certify final payment considering actual construction work against the agreed design and BoQ and deviation if any (both in terms of quantity and quality).
- Prepare details assessment report with recommendation
- Terms:
- The construction engineer (consultant) will perform 08 Hours of duty per day or more if needed.
- Time will be during 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (8 working days but if needed more)
- The construction engineer (consultant) will assess the construction work of PHCC in Camp-11
- Job Responsibilities
- Assess the PHCC construction work and submit completion report
- Measure the actual work done against the original design and BoQ as well as work completion certificate submitted by contractor and certified by IRC’s construction supervisor
- Assess quality of work against the original design and BoQ as well as work completion certificate submitted by contractor and certified by IRC’s construction supervisor and subsequently determine deviation and accordingly provide rationalized recommendations with regards to final payment factoring in deviation in quantity and quality.
