Job Responsibilities
- Ensure necessary logistic support to arrange trainings start with PR raise, communication, banner, attendance etc.
- Ensure insurance management for national staff- monthly inclusion, exclusion, premium settlement on time and support staff with necessary insurance related queries.
- Manage HR petty cash.
- Maintain and update training tracker based on ADP vs budget.
- Support to recruit incentive worker for programs and support department and attend interviews in camps level.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 60 years
- Minimum 1 year work experience in HR department in NGO or development sector
- Experienced in working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people, preferred
- Work experience in an English-speaking context high plus
- Exposure in training arrangements and recruitment.
- Good communication and organizational skills, team spirit and capacity to work with little supervision
- Capacity of treating information confidentially.
- Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in working under pressure.
- Sound computer skills in MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
