Job Responsibilities
- Accurately process front desk registration by obtaining general information and perform proper documentation.
- Manage the day to day patient flow and assist MA/Paramedics in patient triaging.
- Work closely with referral assistant and health Facility Supervisor for the patient referral services.
- Counsel the patient in the waiting zone as part of the awareness building activities.
- Other Duties:
- Consistently and proactively monitor/assess the safety and security of field teams, promptly reporting concerns or incidents to Supervisor/IRC management and liaising with other external parties as required to maintain/improve the security environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop IRC programs.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- At least 1 year similar experience in health or other facility either with an NGO or government body.
- Ability and flexibility to understand the cultural and political environment and to work well with the local health representatives.
- Previous experience of working with a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-cultural setting
- Skilled in electronic device operation (Tablet, smart phone) will be preferable
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment, displaying patience, compassion and diplomacy.
- Ability to be innovative, flexible, and adaptive.
- Ability to live in challenging conditions and ability to work under difficult, high pressure situations.
