Technical Manager - ECD

Job Responsibilities

Provide Technical support to develop coordinated ECD model for prototyping and piloting.

Conduct related literature review for developing coordinated ECD model.

Provide technical support for the development of proposal including the narrative, work plan, advocacy plan, research plan and budget.

Conduct participatory action research with children, caregivers, and service providers to inform strategies for prototyping and piloting.

Identify key priorities, opportunities and challenges for program monitoring and evaluation through data collection and analysis.

Provided support to M & E team for monitoring tools, quality checking and feedback mechanism development for program effectiveness.

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• At least 05 years working experience with ECD program; with national/international NGO. Working experience in EiE (Education in Emergency) will be added value.
• Experience in working as technical hand for supporting early childhood development programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills with documented experience of capacity development of staff and partners.
• Proven experience of materials development related to ECD programming e.g – Learning materials, training module and messages for parents.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, appropriate in a multi-cultural environment and effective in representation and coordination with external actors.
• Promotes collaboration, appropriate in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle stress and pressure with professional grace
• Able to respond rapidly to changing environments.
• Excellent Computer skills: MS Office, outlook, and internet.
• Excellent written and speaking fluency in Bangla and English.
• Experience on Chittagonian dialect will be given priority.
