Business Development Officer - IPDC EZ
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Demand Generation: The primary task will be to generate sales by informing customers about purchase opportunities.
- Customer database creation: The officer will collect the relevant data of the targeted segment of customers by visiting them or surveying the walk-in customers in the stores.
- Corporate Visits: The officer will go to corporate visits to on-board customers into IPDC EMI network by assisting them to apply for consumer financing.
- Loan Application Assistance: The officer will assist the customers and outlets to do the loan application in the system. They will also help with the documentation.
- Activation: The officer will go to corporate activations with the merchant partners to invite the customers to purchase the merchant's product using IPDC consumer financing.
- Customer visits: The officer will visit customers' office or home, if customer does not repay multiple installment dues
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
