Executive - Legal Affairs


Job Responsibilities
  • Vetting of title/land documents & drafting of charge documents (Mortgage, IGPA, LoU, TPA etc.).
  • Follow up on litigation issues (Handling case files, maintaining case status and relevant issues).
  • Drafting Legal notice, call back and other necessary letter/notices.
  • Represent IPDC in legal matters before the law chambers/enlisted lawyers and ensure best possible suggestion.
  • Supervision of Title Search of the submitted documents/papers with the concerned government Offices/Authorities.
  • Execution of Deed of Mortgage, IGPA, Redemption and Revocation.
  • Submission of charge documents to RJSC, withdrawn of Certificates and certified copies for Clients.
  • Drafting of Agreement/MoU and review of legal documents including Agreements, MoU prepared by 3rd parties.
  • Any task/duties/assistance and responsibility assigned by management from time to time.

Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Bank and Financial Institution

Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 24 years
  • Sound knowledge on Company Law, land matters and banking matters.
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
