Direct Sales Executive (DSE)

Job Context

Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), a financial institution based on Islamic Shariah, has the following vacancies for immediate employment. Candidates who are industrious, sincere and interested to work in Sales & Marketing with career oriented may apply for the position.

Job Location : Branches of IFIL located in Dhaka city and different district areas.

Job Responsibilities

Selling retail deposit products of IFIL and achieving target set by the Management.

Demonstrating and presenting all types of retail products to the prospective customers.

Maintaining effective business relationship with the IFIL's existing customers and Cross Selling Approach

Preparing call report on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Getting involved in formulating sales strategies for all products.

Ensuring customer service excellence.

Educational Requirements

Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.

Additional Requirements

Age at most 35 years

Fresher/ Candidate with related experience preferably in Non-banking Financial Institution/ Bank.

Product & Business knowledge

Effective communication skills

Interpersonal skills.
