- Ensure 100% enrolment of the selected children in educational institutes;
- Create access to quality education for orphan children;
- Make caregivers & duty-bearers aware of the orphan and vulnerable children to establish safe & protective environment for them;
- Visit the households of sponsored children quarterly;
- Take initiatives to arrange counseling sessions for the public examinees;
- Collect post-sponsorship data of children once in a year;
- Collect data on progress of children's well-being;
- Collect educational result card and document;
- Collect reply of donor's letter from the children;
- Ensure all documents of personal file of orphan children
- Capacity Building-5%
- Arrange skill training for the mothers/guardians of orphan children;
- Conduct leadership, group management & financial management training for the leaders of mothers' group
- Advocacy & Communication-5%
- Do advocacy and networking especially with related government departments from where benefits for the orphan family can be ensured
- Reporting-15%
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual reports of CRP
- Collect the most significant case studies;
- Collect annual progress report, drawing & greeting card, prepare & translate where needed.
