Assistant Manager - Event & Activation

Job Context

Jamuna Group is looking for some Assistant Manager( Event & Activation) for it`s Branding department. Those who have minimum 5 year experience in Event & Activation are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate any event, activation and partnership requirement

Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control.

Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership

Generate new idea to make the activity more effective

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Develop scope of work and align relevant stakeholder

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Expertise on budgeting of BTL activities

Conduct agency briefing to collect implementation plan from the agency

Develop reporting mechanism to track progress and success of the activities

Measurement collection and align relevant stakeholder regarding deliverable to ensure on time execution.

Evaluate any sponsorship or partnership proposal

Execute urgent required event /activation

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Bill processing & streamline BTL vendors & ensure 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP

Organize sponsored events

Distributor/Employee meet

Stake holder engagement program

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

IBA students will get preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Brand Planning/ Development, Event/ Campaign Co-ordinator

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Advertising Ageny, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Age at least 27 years

Experience in advertising, BTL marketing, design and production

The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): (Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, Branding, Budgeting, Event/Campaign coordination)

Capable to work under pressure and meet the deadline

Passionate about Marketing

Must be a team player

Strong communication skill with positive mind set, willing to travel extensively across the country.

Sound presentation and MS office and MS PowerPoint/Prezi software skills
