DGM/ AGM, Sales & Marketing

• Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
• Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
• To set the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
• Responsible for Marketing and sales of Inter district Regions.
• Responsible for dealer Management.
• Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh
• Ensure collection of sales proceeds.
• To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
• Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
• Must be capable to apply credit control policy.
• Review and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness.
• Any other task assign by the Management time to time.

Full-time

Bachelor degree in any discipline
• IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Rajshahi University students will get preference
