Billing In-Charge

Job Responsibilities

Assist in implementing the day to day functions of the billing department.

Implements written policies and procedures that govern accounting functions.

Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.

Post and review payments received to appropriate patients account.

Special program/billing planning and implementation

Conduct routine staff meeting and training for billing planning and implementation.

Assist with developing and implementation system in HIS.

Data entry on all patient charges and refunds.

Maintain billing and payment log and complete all crossover billing as necessary or directed.

Responsible for keeping in contact with the responsible parties involved as to payments due and the status of their accounts.

Any other task assign by the management.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years

Candidates must have flexibility to work on roster duty.

Good Communication skill

Candidate must have hospital background experience.

Have the ability to work under pressure.
