AGM/Senior Manager - Internal Audit, Labaid Ltd (Diagnostics)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare audit reports (both regular and ad-hoc) with necessary observations and recommendations based on findings;
- Perform and oversee audit procedures for audit assignments ensuring that all priority issues have been addressed in a timely manner;
- Planning audit and develop audit strategies to ensure proper audit covering financial, operational and compliance areas throughout the organization;
- Ensure routine, regular audits throughout the organization including branches and progress audit report of upcoming (under construction) branches;
- Follow up on implementation of audit findings from branches & Head office;
- Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all kinds of payments to ensure compliance with company policies & protocols;
- Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures;
- Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees;
- Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires;
- Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends;
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures, cost savings and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies;
- Develop risk matrix for Financial, operational and financial processes;
- Monitor and oversee the progress of monthly Branch level and Head office audits and coordinate the Internal Audit team;
- Maintain open communication with senior management and audit committee.
- Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

- 5 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Minimum 5 - 8 years' relevant experience preferably in healthcare (Hospital / Diagnostics) / pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali;
- Strong leadership and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
