Counsellor Manager, In- & Out-bound Sales, Labaid Call Center
Job Responsibilities
- Build, train, and develop a strong Call Center team (both in- & out-bound).
- Design outbound campaigns and up-sell/cross-sell of services with the aim of acquiring/retaining customers - achieve conversion/ ROI targets.
- Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct counseling programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals of the Call Center business.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develops appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge, and, experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization.
- Provide coaching, developmental support, and, guidance to new joiners/employees and act as a resource person as needed.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program.
- Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan.
- Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Minimum 5 years of Contact Center experience with large Call Center.
- Project experience with clear understanding of Call Center technologies expected.
- Must be result & target-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
