Responsibilities & Context

Labaid is the leading healthcare brand in Bangladesh. We are inviting applications from experienced professionals for this full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for digital strategy and roadmap plan in line with the short-term and long-term objectives.

Bring in Innovation and evaluate to implement digital initiatives for the brand/portfolio.

Will act as Digital media lead across all social media and websites with accountability to generate revenue.

Identify priorities for value creation and drive solution implementation process in collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Responsible for end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across direct and indirect channels, with regular evaluation of business metrics and ownership of set targets.

Devising, executing, and monitoring digital advertisement for accurate performance and Measuring ROI for digital marketing, and making recommendations on the most optimal solutions.

Content ideation, brainstorming, drafting, and finalization of white papers or adverts.

Identify and collaborate with the right partners to enhance digital know-how and enhance the usability of digital platforms.

Manage traffic, Develop and monitor a qualitative feedback process to drive continuous process improvement and optimization.

Act as an in-house digital expert with regular updation of the latest developments and conduct pieces of training/workshops for internal as well as external stakeholders.

Deliver monthly reports of performance and plan ahead across all platforms.
