IT Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance of IT equipment on regular basis
- Setting up Wi-Fi routers in consultation with IT coordinator to ensure adequate planning
- Setting up printers, computers and tablets as per LAMB standard
- Troubleshooting computer, tablet, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi hardware and software issues
- Provide IT training for staff in coordination with IT coordinator and IT supervisor
- Provide induction to New Joinee's
- Maintaining documents according to LAMB policy and procedure
- Communicating with clients, vendors and partners
- Help with IT asset inventory
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
