Assistant Manager - Security (Genesis Fashions Limited)
Job Responsibilities
- To monitor & supervise the overall management of Security personnel of the Company;
- To develop & implement security policies & procedures;
- To ensure proper checking of all types of vehicles;
- To ensure proper checking of employees at the time of entrance & exit;
- To train the new Security Guard and develop security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company;
- To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly;
- To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance. and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service;
- Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/assets of the Company;
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee and visitors;
- Responding to emergency situation if any;
- Preventing and detecting offenses in sites;
- Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into Company area;
- Accurately updating administrative records and sheets;
- To ensure the morale of the Security Personnel;
- Accurately reporting all incidence to superior;
- To receive & take both local and foreign guest from main gate to the concern officials;
- Maintain and keep update different types of registers (Goods In/Out, Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.);
- Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 33 to 45 years
- Working experience as Sr; Warrant Officer / Commissioned Officer;
- Appropriate knowledge and skills on security system of an organization;
- Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Computer literacy.
- Communication skill:
- Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
