Asst. Manager- Marketing & Sales

Job Context

We are looking for Asst. Manager- Marketing & Sales of our Accessories Factory in DEPZ Extension Area, Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsible for setting the monthly/quarterly/annually Marketing & Sales plan as defined by the management and prepare action plans to achieve the target.

Ability to develop & motivate the Marketing & Sales team to achieve the set goals and accordingly to attain Marketing & Sales target.

Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance.

Forecasting and ensuring collection in line with the Marketing & Sales target.

Collect, forecast and analyze the market data for operating plan.

Developing process for identifying the potential customers.

Identify Marketing & Sales strategy to comply with competitors for maximization of Company's goals and profitability.

Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.

Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Marketing & Sales performance.

Preparing monthly Marketing & Sales budget.

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.

Educational Requirements

The Applicant must have Graduation Degree in business studies like BBA/B.Com (Marketing Department) from any reputed organization.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

At least 8 years' experience in same position.

The applicant must have good communication skill in both Bangle and English with excellent knowledge in computer operations.

Capable of working as a team.
