Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive - Research & Development (Fabrics)
Job Responsibilities
- Developing new product, new buyers and improved ways of working considering the present market trend.
- Analyzing client's requirements for particular Fabrics and developing as per Buyers' requirement.
- Trouble shooting in all aspect of knit fabrics development.
- Working to find out proper Yarn count, Gauge, Stitch length to achieve the desired quality on both newly developed & regular fabrics.
- Coordinating till dyeing & finishing to achieve the desired quality.
- Keeping documents of all phases of fabrics research and development.
- Working with Dyeing, Knitting, QA to set up effective tools and evaluation mechanisms to control fabric defects.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric development, Fabric dyeing, Research - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
