Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and configure hardware including PC, Laptop, Network, Printer, Scanner, replacing parts as required, CCTV System etc.
Install, Troubleshoot and maintain Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10), Linux and others Setup configuration & support of different software solution on various platforms.
Have strong knowledge in overall IT Service (Hardware, Software - Attendance & Payroll, LAN, WAN), IP CCTV, IP Telephony etc.
Monitor and maintain Computer Systems and Networks (LAN & WAN).
Access Control System (Computer Application, System's Software configuration etc.).
Do installation, maintenance & trouble shooting of File Server, Network, Sharing, Hardware, Software, Scanner, Fax, Printer and Attendance device.
Need working knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Client/Server Relationships.
Handle email application and manage all aspects of system monitoring and reporting.
Provide end user support.
Online database of every Legal & official documents, forms & management reports to minimize the use of the paper.
Must have work experience with Large ERP Database.
Working experience on C-TPAT IT System.

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
B.Sc. in CSE from any reputed University.
