Assistant Manager- Maintenance Department
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and supervising the day-to-day schedule of work, planned preventive and predictive maintenance of plant machinery for achieving zero breakdown.
- Minimize machine breakdown to optimize resources and process minimize cost and quality maintenance.
- Directing, coordinating, and supporting maintenance supervisors and personnel.
- Efficiently managing/maintaining highly automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, and Robotics.
- Coordinating and maintaining the maintenance training program for maintenance Team Members.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
