Manager/ Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing (Toiletries and Hygiene Products)

Job Responsibilities

• Closely observe and monitor competitor activities & report to the superior.
• Establish co-ordination with production & distribution.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Supervise & guide the sales force regularly in order to increase market share.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sale.
• Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
• Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives.
• Plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the consumer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
• To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Marketing will get preference.

• Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
• Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
