Caretaker (Hostel)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students & doctors.
- Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.
- Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.
- Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.
- Cleaning the building or supervising a team of Cleaners & Cook.
- Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles.
- Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
- Reports to the authority in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
- Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
- Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff, if required.
- You will be obliged to do any work imposed by the authority when needed time for time.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
