Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist in the entire recruitment process as needed. Assist in conducting test & interview and ensure the proper documentation of the whole recruitment process.
- Documentation & Data Management: Assist in employee on boarding and orientation, staff personal file documentation, ensure and maintain staff database, volunteer database, and other data connected to the HR & Admin department.
- Field offices visit (frequently).
- Assist in other HRM functions as required.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 5 years working experience in relevant work.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Internet and Email.
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English
- Positive attitude as development worker and team worker
- Willingness to visit field offices frequently.
- Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.
