Deputy Manager (HR & Admin)


Job Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Assist in the entire recruitment process as needed. Assist in conducting test & interview and ensure the proper documentation of the whole recruitment process.
  • Documentation & Data Management: Assist in employee on boarding and orientation, staff personal file documentation, ensure and maintain staff database, volunteer database, and other data connected to the HR & Admin department.
  • Field offices visit (frequently).
  • Assist in other HRM functions as required.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • At least 5 years working experience in relevant work.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Internet and Email.
  • Good report writing skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude as development worker and team worker
  • Willingness to visit field offices frequently.
  • Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.
