Equipment Maintenance Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in daily toolbox talk, work as work team leaders & area controllers as appropriate for the activities.
- Prepare Hazard Analysis (HA) / Planning Phase Hazard Analysis (PPHA)/ Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for every single job.
- Perform overall maintenance activities of Company rolling stock (crane, forklift, man-lift, backhoe-loader, reach truck, tractors, etc.) and portable generators/machines, etc. as guided and advised by the supervisor.
- Asses & identify requirement of PM and CM activities of the rolling stock & portable equipment and take appropriate measures.
- Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) of the maintenance activities and upload into ERP.
- Capture data and update performance metrics for both rolling stock and portable equipment on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Plan and develop PM/CM schedule on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Regularly review and update PM/CM schedule into system and ensure timely completion without any fail.
