Assistant Manager/ Sr. Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully communicating with the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits/tours as required.
  • Maintain all phone and e-mail contacts, ensuring return of all calls and e-mails.
  • Work with and professionally interact with the department head.
  • Follow up and resolve any Corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments.
  • Ensure that all corporate contracts, billings, etc. are processed accurately.
  • Work with the Sales Coordinator to process all contracts in a timely manner, maintain client files to Sales standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
  • B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical with MBA from Public University or Reputed Private University.
  • CGPA below 3 or below first division is not acceptable.
