Executive - Sales and Service
Job Responsibilities
- Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
- To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives and initiates to boost up the sales.
- Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
- Convince to target customers and let them agree to choose Super Home.
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospitality Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel

- Applicants must have good English efficiency.
- Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
