Sewing Operator
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in Sample sewing and R&D .
- After receiving a new order sheet then discussed with the Departmental Head to set parameter (Count, Stitch length, and Machine Dia) for correct knitting parameter and finished fabric Dia, GSM, appearance and overall fabric quality.
- Provide yarn booking to Coordination Department/ Yarn Procurement team according to Sample Fabric requirement.
- Assure all quality parameter (count, brand, lot, stitch length) before start of knitting.
- Find problems during inspection & make root cause analysis of faults.
- Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production
