Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.

Arrange to monitor plant / heavy equipment performance parameters

Perform mechanical and instrumental repairs on equipment at manufacturing plant with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance Reliability.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.

Maintain equipment performance records periodically.

Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.

Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery at the earliest possible time.

Any other mechanical engineering related task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Mechanical from any reputed University.

Applicants from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET & DUET will get preference.

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 35 to 40 years

Applicants must have at least 05 years experience in Cement Industry. Those who haven't worked in cement companies need not to apply.

Leadership capability is must.

Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
