Senior Manager , Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs, campaign and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market
• Strategic guideline to sales team for achieving Volume, GP, market share & profitability of the specific Tyre segment in line with Annual Business Plan.
• Helping the category head in preparing ABP, and all stages from import planning to product delivery.
• Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand.
• Keeping liaison with partners for ensuring right product planning/projection at a competitive price and in right time.
• Maintain optimum inventory level of all the SKUs of the brand.
• Reviews brand, channel & SKU wise sales to enhance the brand's equity in the marketplace and presenting reports to the management time to time.
• Effective plan & implementation of 7Ps of marketing.
• Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
• Generate monthly report capturing competition sales & activities and prepare counter strategy
• Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of marketing issues and digital promotional campaigns related to the business.
• Manage business development related project/activity on daily basis with B2B stakeholders.
• Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures.
