Executive - Accounts & Finance
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing the Financial Report by maintaining accepted accounting principles, principles, practices, standards, law and regulation of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act 2012.
- Preparing the supporting documents for submitting to the Regulatory Authority as per Financial Statement.
- Preparing and maintaining various TDS & VDS report as per requirement of Govt. Authority & Co. Management.
- Preparing the analytical financial reports as per Management required.
- Preparation of monthly Management Information system (MIS) for Management.
- Maintain & record funded and non-funded liabilities like L/C related transaction.
- Responsible to look after the banking, export and import related documents.
- Analyzing the Bank Statement.
- Month-end Bank Reconciliation.
- Any other task assign by the management.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Should possess excellent analytical, researching and drafting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on judgment are absolutely essential.
- Proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
- Should have knowledge in Accounting ERP and AP automation.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles
- Sound Knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 1991.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.
- The candidate who have experience in textile will be given preferred.
