Job Responsibilities
Implements needle policy as well as other safety related policy
Addresses first hour late & Post-Lunch habitual late on a regular basis
Addresses unapproved leave as well as habitual absenteeism on a regular basis
Addresses day-to-day leave application, prepares advance "Leave Plan"
Addresses workers grievance as well as any major/minor misconduct through on-spot counseling or proper disciplinary action as per BL-18 (Issues show-cause, warning letter and regular follow-up)
Address workers medical issues
Identifies probable threats and proposes action to improve work condition/work environment
Ensures discipline in workers in-out
Monitors and ensures proper documentation of personal files during selection process
Addresses promotion, increment, separation related issues in coordination with production manager and administration, updates personal files time to time
Continuously creates awareness among workers to eliminates all sort of fire, health & safety issue to make compliance a way of life in his\her designated area
Address OT missing related issues
Offers on-spot solution of all sort of payroll related issues
Coordinates proper on-boarding of new workers, monitors their performance and continuously works with designated floor PM for improving performance

At least 1 year(s)
