Data Entry Operator
Job Responsibilities
- Profile Review, coding, compile and categories documents for data entry
- Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
- Collect and enter data to the server via online tools
- Verify data and correct data where necessary by comparing it to source documents
- Resolving discrepancies and missing information
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations as part of a contingency plan
- Update existing data and retrieve data from the database as requested
- Maintain records of activities and tasks
- Comply with data confidentiality, integrity, and security policies of the organization
- Maintain a filing system of the hard copy data sheet in a systematic way to ensure the safekeeping of confidential materials;
- The entered data should be accurate so that it can pass through the Data quality assessment (DQA) Process
- Other duties as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
- Proven experience as a data entry operator
- Formal computer training is an advantage
- Basic understanding of databases
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation and Working knowledge of English
- Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
- Practicing gender and cultural diversity
