Engineer - Civil

• To execute and perform all sorts of responsibilities relating to the Engineering Department of GROUP OF COMPANIES and to be guided and followed up by the direct supervision of the Central Management of this Group. The above service includes to accomplish all kinds of Execution, Quality Control and Supervision Works of the construction and development sites of this Group under the guidelines of the Central Management and to employ all possible means and measures to execute, perform and supervise all activities of the Construction Management Division of the company and to boost up the performance of the Contractors and Labours appointed at the Construction and Development Sites of the Company. It also includes supervising and checking all sorts of Procurement and Purchases of different construction projects of this Group.
• The above position requires for the engineers to have the demonstrated in-depth experience to execute and implement the complete project construction works including civil, electrical, plumbing and other finishing works of any real estate or township project under his own responsibility.
• Structural modeling, analysis and design of city, composite and RC structure with software and able to develop MS spread sheets for design calculations.
• Design and Analyze the structure for the governing loads conditions as per the code requirement as well as prepare master design specifications, dimensions, thickness etc. and Prepare connection design.
• Making estimation of materials according to drawing & design. Detail estimating as well as Preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
• Structural Design of Multi-storied R.C.C. Residential & Industrial Building.
• Review the drawings received from consultant / client and attending Technical meetings with Sales/Marketing and clients.
• The person should be skilled and competent enough to design, develop and maintain standard administrative and engineer section port-folios and service schedule for the executives of different companies under this group and administer, guide and control the management team in attaining company's targets.
• Capable of preparing correct administrative and logistic plan and ensure timely execution and must be able to carry out strategic engineer section planning for the group.
• Find potential vendors of tiles, doors, sanitary items, bathroom fitting & fixtures, electrical items etc.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, quality specifications, delivery information, and stock levels.
• Dealing with customer if necessary.
• Mandatory to stay in site Office.
