Assistant Manager, HR & Admin

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise & manage HR & Admin team and ensuring all required support as per company standards.
  • Ensuring smooth & timely delivery of all arrays of employee services, like confirmation, promotion, separation, final settlement, leave & attendance management , SIM & Mobile handset management, transfer - posting, HR reports, Bank A/C, ID & visiting card etc.
  • Ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Ensure HR & Administration functions as per company policy.
  • Recruitment related all works
  • Employee training & development, motivational issues, disciplinary action etc.
  • Provide day to day administration support related to logistics, support stuff supervision etc.
  • Design, develop and enhance job descriptions, qualifications necessary and skills required to satisfactorily accomplish the responsibilities of the jobs.
  • Maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
  • Check daily attendance report of the staffs of the company.
  • Perform other duties as when assign by the superior

Educational Requirements
    Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • University of Dhaka,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Documentation, Goal Oriented, Labor Law, Learning and Development, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition
