Job Responsibilities:
• Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers
• Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
• Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
• Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
• Follow up after sales service-related Call and SMS and reply to the customers
• Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
• Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
• Maintaining important files and documents.
Experience Requirements
• At most half year
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support through Phone
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Age 18 to 28 years
• Willing to work in shifting and holidays
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office
• Must have good communication skills in Bangla.
• Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
• Must have multiple tasking abilities
• The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
• Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
• Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
