Assistant Manager/ Manager - Fire & Safety
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure risk assessment of the hospital building and take necessary steps against requirement of safety issues.
- Ensure regular in house fire training of fire safety team, Firefighter, rescuer, new employees and Security personnel as per law & management requirement.
- Ensure and cross-check daily, weekly and monthly all fire equipment's as per check list and make sure all fire equipment's are active mode.
- Conduct internal fire and safety audit per month.
- Ensure effective health, safety system across the facility
- Checking that escape and rescue plans, fire brigade plans, alarm plans, etc. are up to date, arranging for updates if necessary and assisting in this process.
- Monitoring the usability of escape and rescue routes.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire safety Management
Additional Requirements
- Smart, energetic, punctual, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both written & speaking in English & Bengali
- Fire safety certifications will be given high priority.
