Accounts Officer (Fixed Assets)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and process transactions on a daily basis.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system & collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements.
- Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close those accounts once the related projects have been completed
- Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.
- Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
- Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements
- Assist in financial audit and tax filing activities
