Deputy Head of Audit
Job Responsibilities
- Actively participates in the development of strategic audit plan; this defines the audit assignments to be done annually.
- Develop the plan for financial, operational, compliance, performance and information technology, detailing assignments, time frames and resources required and submits to the Chief Internal Auditor.
- Identify significant processes, develops audit objectives and prepares the risk assessment process for each audit assignment and presents to the Chief Internal Auditor.
- Apply international auditing standards in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of operating systems and controls.
- Prepare audit reports, detailing audit findings and recommendations.
- Lead and Supervise Factory and WSMS Audit team.
- Train and guide the Audit team members.
- Maintain Audit procedures and plans.
- Review the Audit reports and scope of development through follow up auditing.
- Others activities as per Head of Department and Management instruction.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 32 years
- At least 5 Years of post qualification experience.
- Internal Audit and Compliance related certification will get preference.
- Should have experience in manufacturing company.
- Time Management & Learning capability.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
