Dining Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • To manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality standards and meeting the demand of dining on a regular basis.
  • To provide guidance and direction to subordinates, coordinate assigned shift; pre-meal meeting conducted with staff.
  • Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
  • To ensure that in all food contact areas staff is wearing the appropriate uniform, gloves, hair net, and face mask.
  • To ensure that all kitchen and stewarding personnel follow sat standard in grooming, neat short hair, clean fingernails etc.
  • To ensure area of concern has established par stock or maintain stock levels at minimum to avoid wastage & misuse.
  • To monitor and follow up on a daily basis together with the chief steward that all equipment is properly sanitized before and after use.
  • To ensure that consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered & correctly stored.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
