Engineer - Research & Innovation (Home Appliance)
Job Responsibilities
- To develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements of Home Appliance related products.
- To develop formulas by understanding the balance between cost, claims and functionality.
- To perform pre-production R&I tests to optimize scale-up process and highlight critical parameters affecting production.
- To develop, conduct and analyze research & Innovation studies.
- To test prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
- To ensure meet products R&I deadlines.
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Home Appliance, Research and Development

Age at least 25 years
- Willingness to take challenges and adopt changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of supervisory capacity for planning, organizing, communicating and personnel management skills.
- Self-motivated with the drive and initiative to carry out projects according to plan.
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new tools and technologies.
