Special Chef
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing customized meal plans for Honorable director house based on their preferences, specifications and dietary needs.
- Planning for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
- Preparing meals in Director's house kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.
- Slightly modify recipes to meet Honorable Director's house people' needs and requests.
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladeshi food, Chinese food, European food, Food preparation, Indian food
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have special courses on all types of local and foreign food.
- Should experience for all cooking related activities. Indian, UK, Bengali food.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations.
- They have to make food for all the family members.
- They cook in such a way that there is no wastage of food.
