Manager-Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Managing all sales and marketing for the company and activities within the marketing and sales department.
- Hiring a good number of consultants will be his/her prime duty as per hospital requirements.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
- Manage & Monitor team members
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Establishing and maintaining a good relationships with consultants, corporate clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital Marketing, Pharamceutical Marlketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Fluency in both English & Bangla writing and speaking.
